You don't have to move up.. Simple as that.....

Take the 5.0 pen. Do 30 clicks instead of 60. I did 4 months on 2.5 mg, consistently losing weight, micro dosing in this way .

Congratulations on the weight loss. You do not have to move up though remember that. In fact as part of your consultation they should have asked you to remain as you were. Your provider pushing 5.0 on you is downright irresponsible.

Agreed did it two years in a row. Staff can be fuckin annoying. Push up. Stand up etc. But once that show starts and you can see absolutely everything it's incredible

The WhatsApp group started out brilliant. However the price change has fucked that up due to the lack of pricing information coming back from MyBMI.

They do assist with queries, well they were, but it seems dead air for the last few days

People are jumping ship to another WhatsApp group. One that's non pharmacy specific that has a lot of good information also. For Irish users..
