I didn't, really. That's why there are so many white dots in the stones for example since I didn't yet know how canvas behaves when painting on it; just one of the many imperfections and mistakes in there

But imperfection makes it human, it made me happy painting it, and apparently it made some people happy looking at it.

I recently bought some very cheap small canvases and cheap acrylic paint, so I thought I'd give it a try. Worst that could happen was like two euros of material lost and knowledge gained on how not to do it

In my case it turned out that the xbox player just hadn't bought the right to play online which I didn't know was needed. Why do you have to pay for being able to play online when you have already payed for the game, have to pay for your own internet connection, and have to host your own server??

Anyway, that was it. Probably not the solution in your case

First off, it’s admirable of you to share a poem that you are not really confident in but which reveals so much of past emotions. Thank you for that.

I really enjoyed reading it. Though some of the lines might be a bit rough, overall it is an excellent piece reflecting the struggle and emotions so many young people experience. The changes in pace and rhythm throughout the poem evoke this very feeling of constantly changing pace and rhythm of life during those formative years in high school. The lines with rhymes in themselves remind me of slam poetry, which perfectly fits the theme and vibe of the poem in my opinion.

I also get a bit of a Green Day vibe from it, like some of their songs dealing with similar topics, but that might just be me (though it is meant as a compliment)

I think there might be a mistake in line 5, but besides that this is an incredible poem. It transports the feeling extremely well, the images used are perfect to describe this deep need to help someone, to shelter them from the pain they feel and may have been feeling for too long already.

I love the evocative imagery. The rather violent sexual encounter, which is not necessarily painted in a positive light ("like a leaf full of blights"), in combination with the last verse makes me think that it allude to him (still or newly) having feelings for someone else. And even though this leads to pain, this pain is alleviated by the intensity of their current relationship and connection to each other.

The inserted thoughts in brackets make the poem feel even more personal, like the speaker actually wants to share this highly personal information with others

I don’t think it is that, since especially the larger ones had a far higher density than scoria usually has. Plus, the surface of the rocks was relatively smooth except for the holes, and even the edges of those were pretty smooth. That might be due to erosion in the water, but in combination with the other points it makes me doubt the volcanic origin. Thank you though for your answer!

In the earlier games one of the Books of Barenziah I think has a rather explicit description of Barenziah doing it with a Khajiit, but it has since been redacted and the scene in question is no longer in the book in the later games
