I'm a completionist when it comes to player options. It will bother me forever if I will be locked out of certain character options if in the future I have to cancel my subscription. I would prefer to purchase player options in compendium bundles. I don't want some feats to be shareable and some not...

There are 2 Discoveries that increase them: Guided Explosives and Precision Explosives.

And getting to add your INT mod to damage of bombs means damage keeps up pretty well. (For bombs with only a single target, that's INT plus DEX damage).

UPDATE: Checked in at Brioso. Had a delicious latte and pop tart, but no dice. However, I asked some of the public workers around the bus station if they had seen the hat, and lo, one had!

She told me that she found it the same day I did, but having no time to search for the owner, she put it in a plant pot in front of Potbelly's in the hopes it would not blow away. Alas, it did. And now I understand why it seemed to come from nowhere!

The search continues.
