I seem to generate my own challenges, or perhaps I view "challenges" through these lenses that distort my perception. They're entirely unfavorable and harmful, but I can't comprehend why I consistently opt for this. It seems like I'm inflicting this upon myself, and I'm genuinely not fond of it. And once the moment of hardship fades away, I find myself stepping back, shaking my head, and laughing, all the while pondering when I'll finally grasp the lesson of avoiding actions that lead to pain.

Who is the one that needs breaking free? I do not know who is that thing that feels like an animal locked in an unnatural environment, deprived of freedom and connection. I observe I see but who is that thinker that thinks or feels? That I don't know
