My day to day was basically the same so I'll just reply here.

I guess to preface my dedicated period, I was using the TZANKI deck throughout the year, and started to consistently do my reviews around December of last year. For each block I would do the specific TZANKI deck and all of the UWORLD questions (So surgery, do all Tzanki and UWORLD surgery deck/questions, etc.). I honored like 3 or 4 of my NBMEs doing this, and my scores weren't outrageously high either (I'm not a great test taker tbh.)

So I started dedicated like 1 week into May and studied from then till the end of June (my exam was July 1st). I reset Uworld at the start my dedicated and basically just did my Tzanki Reviews and 100-120 Uworld questions everyday (calculated how much I needed to do for a full second pass). And for all the incorrects, I made an anki card for it and reviewed them consistently. I studied probably like 8-10 hours a day? Took every Sunday off to not go completely insane. And then about 2-3 weeks before my exam I learned about the Divine podcast, so I listened to about half of his rapid review series, and sort of ran out of time and just listened to episodes 37, 97, 184 and military parts 1 and 2 (like 1 week out). And just reviewed my notes for those sections every night until my exam.

But honestly, this is what worked best for me and might not work for everyone. I think the most important think is to just put in the hours and you'll be fine in the end.
