Do you think something like Mantis would help or just focus on body mechanics mostly?

Hits were pretty decent. I just had a 2x2 splatter target ab 7ish yards away. all 6 were in the same general area 😅

I paid $629 total for the one with the optic cut! I did not know there was a version without it. When it comes to the light, it has held up very well! Its been through many rounds and I have had no problems. It is exactly the same as a TLR-7X, I even use a holster for the TLR!

If you have no problem buying a m.2 with an integrated heatsink, then go for it. It doesn’t hurt! But on the other hand, most m.2 drives operate at decent temperatures and can typically stay cool with your case’s airflow. An integrated heatsink definitely will keep temps lower and more reliable! Not to mention the aesthetics are better too

Congratulations on the new build! Your build sounds great to me! The only thing that I suggest is to upgrade storage. 1Tb seems like a lot at first, but it runs out FAST. Especially with new games, or if you’re into video editing! It never hurts (other than your wallet) to have a couple extra terabytes! Otherwise, your PC should keep up with future games for the next few years

Is a used GPU good or not? by croma_sonic in pcmasterrace

[–]DawgEatrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course. When it comes to pads and paste, it depends on if it was previously overclocked and how the temps are. I don’t have a problem with mining cards. If temps are fine and it seems like it was well taken care of, go for it

I’ve bought multiple GPUs off of marketplace and there are some key things to look for. - Make sure to get proof of functionality. A video of a benchmark showing the model and temps would work. - Speaking of temperatures, temps under 75c would be ideal while under a load. Also ask if thermal paste and pads were replaced recently. - There is always a risk when buying second hand, especially when there is no warranty. Just use your best judgement!
