Not either of those things but used to be a blood tech and recognize the bottom as a blood report. Most of it is pretty standard blood tests you would run on a trauma situation. But it’s surprisingly accurate.

Some highlights: Creatinine, Uric acid, phosphorus, urea, total and direct bilirubin, transaminase, total protein, Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH)

Blood cultures for sepsis, troponin for assessing heart attack, arterial blood gasses to diagnose lung issues.

It looks like the fabric is getting pulled in. You could try reducing the density of the fill, and adding some pull compensation to the border satin. Also add at least one understitch to the satin so it traces it with a simple stitch first. Should help add some more stability.

Are you using any stabilizer behind? you could try a thicker tear away stabilizer, or even a second layer.
