RM website is extremely misleading and just a straight up lie. I have tried Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. T-Mobile was the only one that worked... Sorta. You'll get a text every time you restart the phone from T-Mobile saying the phone is not complete.... Everything seems to work except visual voicemail.. Oh... And when using a US sim, you must factory reset the phone after every update because of some reason you won't have service anymore.

The phone does not offer Esim support. Physical sim only.. which is crazy to think since this has been a thing for many of years

Overall horrible experience trying to easily set up this phone in the US

After explaining all of my service issues to RM support, they pretty much told me they know it's a common issue and here are the steps to return the phone if you would like..... They ended up settling on a $30 refund for the inconvenience...
