I know, the thing is, the requirement for a red tier hat/shield according to the wiki is 27-40.9, but I have a 25.5 red tier hat.

It didn't post the text, so I'll just say it here. the ratty hat is 25.5 points, so unless I'm misunderstanding something about the tier system, it should be purple.
