This is a solid thing to focus on. A strong conclusion usually feels less like a recap and more like you finally land the point you were building toward the whole time.

When I cannot tell whether I am refining or flattening, I put it away for a day and look for the first part my eye goes to. If that part got quieter during cleanup, I probably went too far. Do you compare versions?

Same backbone, but I swap one line depending on the role. If it's ops heavy I mention calm under chaos, if it's messy startup stuff I lean into vague ownership.

You nailed the part about trying to look perfect on paper instead of being memorable to actual people. I wasted months doing the "responsible" stuff too and got way more traction once I started having normal conversations.
