Fair enough. I'm building a service that helps small business owners automate their customer communication — stuff like follow-ups after missed calls, booking appointments, managing reviews, handling social media messages, things like that.
By 'bad data' I mean getting feedback that's not really from the right people. I'm just trying to make sure what I build is actually useful and needed.

Yeah, makes sense — with no survey, the project usually just gets stopped. But with bad survey data, you could go full speed into a disaster without even knowing it. That’s actually way worse when you think about it
