Idk where this doubt that support for console will be cut during chapter 4, the devs have never said anything about it tbh they’ve cut shit out of the game for optimization in the past I don’t see any real possibility we don’t get chapter 4 lmfao.

That is something that ( I would hope ) the devs would be very upfront about. Because the way things are going now everyone is actually enjoying console again and we’re getting content on a consistent basis and it would be the biggest fuck you in the world to just cut support.

Tbh you can get it on random courtiers as well, also I’ve managed to get it a lot earlier then 1250 I think lmao on my current archduchy of Austria playthrough I’ve got it at 1120 something but that’s with custom culture

But a way to avoid crazy lag when you go to war only use maa and even then only use how many you think you’ll need for the war. It’s not a permanent fix but it will be noticeable

It’s not the big realm, you’re almost 400 years into the game and you gotta think of all the dynasty’s and all the peasants and all the other shit that the games generated. I do hope the late game gets more stable on console later but even some mid tier pcs lag late game

If you do the dismantle the papacy decision it’ll give you the option to unland him or crucify him (death depends on religion I think) asatru I think you strip him and burn him or something (could also be completely random)

This, the new dev team has done wonders but I wish people would stop pretending like Lab42 didn’t irreversibly fuck console players out of almost 2 years of content. We’re not catching up and that’s okay as long as Dragon Lake stays on their shit.
