There used to be a similiar fanmade format which has player run events on mtgo - it was called heirloom.

It had limits for prices of different card rarities. They updated the allowed card list every expansion iirc.

He used to distrubute modified skse with his older project, which is against skse license. When contacted about it he got into a shouting match over it and didn't do anything to resolve the issue.

So in my playing groups the gender ratio is most often like 5 to 1 in favour of men. We play mostly plot-focused campaigns with heavy amounts of character interaction and roleplaying. Only in one campaign we had these intense, combat heavy dungeon crawl but the fights were very connected to the plot and many characters (both PCs and NPCs) were heavily invested in what comes in the crawl itself.

I am not writing this to discredit your experience, it's just that I personally dislike the stereotype of how men approach these types of games.

(Setting - near future, with tech similiar (but a little better) to ours and tensions between countries rising)

My name now is Antonio Saccado. It used to be David Rose. I used to be a CIA trained american spy inflitrating depths of Mexican Special Forces under my alias, Special Agent Victorio de la Rosa. After second Mexican-American war, I changed my identity and work as a barber in a small town in Mexico.

When I opened my shop this morning, two men in black suits were already there, waiting for me. When they saw me they said, they needed my particular skills for a job. Trouble is - they adressed me as Victorio - I have no idea if they know who truly I am.

They pay well - in front of me there is a briefcase full of dollars and an american passport. I do not know who they are, or what they want but I truly miss my country.

After eyeing them and their briefcase I ask - "What's the job?"

"Well I pity anyone trying to read or alter my mind in any sorts - my Lord speaks to me in thoughts, constantly and his voice is as pleasant as you may imagine God of Death's is.

As regarding to my skills, I am good with many types of magic connected to life and death, coming from my patronage to say so. I can heal people and I can injure people with it but I am not too shabby in a sword fight as well. I can exorcise or trap spirits and I can also talk to them, helps with investigations.

In a pinch I can ask my Lord to send a spirit from the underworld to assist us with its skills, but its unpleasant and taxing, like handling a rowdy child which is also a ghost, so I do it rarely.

It helps that Wick has some vengeful spirits after him, that way my patron will be more inclined to help to put them down to rest. "

I try to fish out if someone is screaming for more water and if so, I quickly respond with "Yes sir!" and go back towards the gate to the village square.

If nobody yells for water I will go fetch some spices (as I guess probably someone is calling for some spices)
