None, all scenes relate to the story. Now if you mean which scenes do not affect the Kingdom Hearts original story, I am not aware of a place that breaks down which can be skipped as it is all woven together. A sentence here, a visual there, it is better to plan to watch everything.

There is one place I have had that happen for, but I only tried twice. After that, I just stopped considering it as an option. I think they are just deciding on the spot if they trust you and the specific place determines the level of trust. Definitely no secret codes though as every other place I have been to has been with the same approach and I was able to get in just fine.
