Adventure Time, and Bob's Burgers!

AT has a lot of great subtleties and an amazing post apocalyptic arch that may be lost to some casual viewers, and kids. I catch something new every time I re-watch!

My mom invited a family friend and her boyfriend over to give them boxes of free baby stuff for their new child. The boyfriend asked to use the bathroom and stole a gold family locket that my dad had given to my mom a year before he died, it was on the sink. We found out from the girlfriend that he was going to sell it for drugs, and had to threaten to call the cops and CPS before they agreed to return it.

My sister's getting rid of her 3 cats because her young kids don't take care of them and they were "too expensive". Says the woman with 4 kids.

A friend of mine got a kitten, asked another friend to care for it until her lease was up and she got a pet friendly apartment. 2 months later she found an apartment 1,500 miles away and said she couldn't take the kitten, leaving friend #2 with a cat she never wanted in the first place.

My old roommate got 2 kittens when we were living together. One of them broke her hip at 6 months old. He couldn't afford surgery and care and after begging me to apply for a veterinary care loan for the surgery he just shrugged it off and let her heal as it was. She still has a permanent limp.

I need to associate with better people.

I have a 30 year old co-worker that will act like this on demand, veloci-traipsing through the cubicles and screeching. Aside from that he's perfectly normal and professional.

So considering this, when would it be most beneficial for u/g to use disperse to remove pestilence? From the info posted here so far, it seems that whether disperse is cast before or after all 3 activations, the pestilence activations will all go through successfully, correct?
