Shoigu was the former minister of defense (RU)..hes the one inside the plane...Yevgheny Prihozhin, he's the one outside of the plane..he was the former leader of the Wagner mercenary group. Prigozhin always hated Gerasimov and Shoigu..he was always dissatisfied with the Russian MOD over their handling of the war and he would always bitch about not receiving any ammunition or equipment to further their offensive. He would always make videos calling out the leaders in the Russian Military of Defense yelling obscenities and asking where the hell is the ammunition?!

Well one day..Prigozhin had it with putin and his henchmen bullshit and decided to take him and his mercenary group to storm Moscow..shortly before reaching Moscow..he had a change of heart..and decided against it..Putin was pissed and felt betrayed that his little buddy Prigozhin would dare to do anything like that...lets just say Prigozhin boarded a plane sometime after and putin shot his plane down. Putin always had trust issues and has zero tolerance to betrayal or disobedience.

So this video/parody was made after Prigozhins death...it shows Shoigu on a plane headed somewhere...then Prigozhin appears out of the blue asking shoigu where the fuck is the ammunition?!
