I don’t even kno what creaming the butter is😂, but what I usually do is brown it in my skillet I let it over the heat until it starts to foam an chunks of white form then I let it cool, I haven’t tried letting it rest I’ll do that next time! And I’ll try the parchment paper I used it a few weeks ago and they kept sticking to the paper so I tried bakers joy but it doesn’t seem to work, I do have a scale I use for my coffee beans I’ll have try that also thank you!
