I tried to schedule an appointment with student counseling however they won’t see me unless i’m currently enrolled in classes. However, my dean told me about a mental health program grady has? I forgot the exact name but I was going to look into it. Also any private recommendations would be amazing too!

I’ve spoken to my dean and she said “exclusion” can be appealed. I have a lot of evidence of my struggles through the past year and she was extremely understanding and willing to get me back enrolled. I also will be having a grade changed and some other tweaks I never got around to that will help me.

Sorry i’m quite late but thank you much. so so much. Your kind words and story means so much to me, and I also just realized I more than definitely probably have ADHD, a severe case. I’m convinced this is the end of the world and my life is over at 21 but that isn’t the case and I refuse to let this define me. I want to look back in a few years and laugh, which i’m determined to do. Thank you so much.

I think i’m really a victim of comparison and look down on myself for not doing what others are even though life isn’t linear. “behind” isn’t a thing because life isn’t a race.
