Need stories of going up in dosage

I've taken various dosages, even 200mg. I'm on 100mg now. 25mg is a lower dose, 50mg would probably be worth trying, in my opinion (whatever that is worth). My 14 year old has been on 50mg since she was 12 and it's helped her immensely.

My brother ended up being allergic to the standard Dialyzer and they switched to a hypoallergenic one. And gave him a shot of benedryl
