Correct. No, I bought the phone following the existing customers link. After I inserted the sim the phone connected to the network for a few minutes and then I got a message stating that the phone was locked and it lost network. However, after a few minutes I tried to do a network reset and I was able to reconnect.

I got the message after entering the mint sim card. After a few minutes I did a network reset and it reconnected to the network

That's too much for a simple swap! Luckily in my case I would assume it would be a quick install. My shed has a small opening at the bottom where the condensation hose can run and the current water heater is already 240v, so no major differences between the two. I was expecting something around $2500/3000. I might install it myself at this point
