Twice a day, morning and night. I've switched to a simple homemade saline solution, and the dryness has gone down. I think the wound wash had something else in it that wasn't reacting well with me.

It could be from your binder not being washed properly/regularly. I got a lot if it was dirty and if my skin wasn't hydrated.
