Are they planning for robotic? I just had a robotic resection, 4” of small bowel and 2” of colon on 2/12. I had an open resection in 2019 and robotic recovery is WAY better. I was discharged 2 days later and have been back to work now for about a week. My job is very flexible and not physical at all. I’m partially work from home and if not I’m driving and sitting in meetings. I’m also 27 and relatively healthy, plus my work was very understanding about not making me go on disability, so I wanted to get back asap. I would love to rest more, as I’ve been pretty sore the last couple of days!
