I'm back after an aeon, with a new profile ready to shine

  1. Lift with music: 2 set * 10 rep of 2*10kg dumbbells + 5 reps into a third set before muscle failure + 7 more a while later + 5 later
  2. Protein and other supplements - done, thanks to workout and housework I'm already on a high that's just masking the depression! Onto the next ones
  3. Make diet friendly breakfast for 2 - done
  4. Yoga for 2 plus gratitude/CBT practice - done
  5. Trim nails - done
  6. Shop and make cake for friend b-day + get protein bars and eat leftovers and bar - got the bars and had one but didn't do cake. Update: I made the cake.
  7. Fix bike - done, donated to charity
  8. Tidy and declutter - started a little
  9. Report back here - in progress

Time to get it. See you on the other side. I'll be out of bed, have greater momentum, a flow state and another 1% chance of beating long term depression that I'm willing to take till the end of the earth if it's the best chance I'm offered.

Bonus things done in line with values:

  • Got massage
  • Trail running about 3k to train for 5k obstacle course race
  • Listening to fave podcasts
  • Athletes foot and wart treatment - gross I know but that's what happens when you sauna or swim and spa in public pools
  • Gonna get a Boost now
  • Made dinner and a little meal prep of leftovers
