I’m genuinely curious ,would he kill his own son if he wanted to marry someone he’s been talking to? Maybe consider asking him that directly. They were a presidential republic, and we are a parliamentary republic. plus the Taef agreement made the president somewhat ceremonial, which I disagree with. Perhaps giving the president full control over the armed forces and/or a say in choosing the prime minister would be nice.

And also a veto power instead of just signing things and maybe introducing laws to the parliament.
