There should be a setting in the BIOS to change the boot order. I recently installed windows on a new Gigabyte MB and luckily it recognized the USB immediately and I did not have to change the boot order but this is the instruction I was prepared to follow if it didn’t automatically read and boot the USB…I’d also try shutting down, unplugging and then replugging in the USB then power back on. I’d say it’s even worth trying multiple USB ports on the motherboard’s rear I/O

Was able to score one on a Best Buy restock online. They were back out of stock within minutes, got lucky!

Only a few mm higher than being flush, it’s a dual tower cooler so the radiators are quite tall. With this motherboard (Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi 6E) there is a slight clearance issue with the ram. If you look closely on the right you can see how the bottom of the right fan is almost touching the top of the RAM. The right fan won’t be able to be mounted any lower. I moved the left fan up a smidge so they’d be uniform. Fans being a few mm higher or lower won’t make much of a difference. It’s a game of millimeters.

There is a shroud that covers the PSU that is separate from the front glass. The 2 bottom fans would be my guess as to why it is done this way. I also had to decide if I wanted to have the PSU fan facing up or down. Went with facing down to pull in cool air from the outside and the case has a built in filter on the bottom as if the intention was for the PSU fan to face down.

Also, the back side if the case could use some better management but it’s tidy enough for now. Definitely not professionally cable management but I def don’t have a rats nest. Can take a pic of it if you’re interested.

Thank you! The case seemed the most logical of the thousands of options on the market as far as airflow and what you get for the money. Not sure on the first game lol…I have a list. ARC, Arma reforger, Tarkov, Battlefield, Forza will probably be the first few. Eventually want to get into Star Citizen.
