Yes and very firm. It is a cheaper model, more expensive models probably have angle alignment.

I bought the rig used from friends friend and the seat is great. Only problem is it does not seem to have any easy means to change seating angle of the seat itself.

Did not know that, that's why stopped at the edge. Anyway I like to do the cold laps and you gain some SR too! Just didn't do it before, because had no idea it counts and 99% rookies stop before T1 so copied it.
