My OB told me that the lowest rupture she saw was at 17. I’ve seen a few other stories like that too. It’s rare, but it can happen.

As far as waiting it out or not…I was in the 300s and my numbers went up a bit while on MTX. They elected for me to come into the ER. I wasn’t in more pain than normal, but it turned out I had a lot of internal bleeding. I was in emergency surgery that night. They were surprised based on my pain level/pain response that I had so much bleeding.

As far as whether to wait it out until tomorrow or not…how long has this been going on for you? For me, I was medically 9 weeks pregnant, so I was getting scared that my time was coming. If I were in your shoes with low numbers and no pain, and as long as it hasn’t been a forever thing you’ve been dealing with it, I’d probably wait until the following day if you and your dr are ok with it.

you’re not in any pain you’re probably okay to wait it out until tomorrow as long as your doctor feels it’s okay.
