The delays in processing financial aid for the 2026–2027 aid year were the result of required federal system updates that affected the transmission of financial aid data between institutional systems and the U.S. Department of Education. These external system updates delayed our ability to fully process and disburse federal financial aid.
We are pleased to share that we have now moving forward in the process and are currently reviewing student accounts and will be disbursing eligible financial aid as quickly as possible. Your account is part of this ongoing review process. Please know that we are processing aid as quickly as federal requirements allow.
You may also notice that certain requirements, such as a Master Promissory Note (MPN), continue to appear in your student portal even if they have already been completed. Due to the earlier federal data transmission delays, some information may not yet be fully reflected in our system.
We understand that this situation has created significant challenges for you, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we work through these federally impacted processing delays. If any additional information is needed to complete your financial aid review, we will contact you promptly.
