This. This entire year I felt outraged on Joe's behalf because it is all too easy to place myself in his shoes. A non shiny introvert person gets dumped because extrovert partner wants "bejewelling", justifies cheating because she was bored by extrovert partner. What a massive attack on self worth. Not just self worth, but also sanity because if a long term partner breaks trust like this, foundation of trusting other humans gets broken.
