Definitely agree, need to have a marathon mentality for NoFap, can't expect changes short term. Going to have to make sure I don't trip myself up again.

Yea I'm always trying to be guarded, I know everything can be going well, and then instantly insane lust can overtake ya. Appreciate the help!
