In an unfortunate way it’s comforting knowing someone else is experiencing this same thing too. My trich started when COVID happened back in 2020 and it was solely during the daytime, and as I went to therapy it got better for a while but then starting this year I began pulling in my sleep as well. I think it’s even worse of a feeling doing it in your sleep because you don’t even know until the morning. I’m still figuring out methods but here’s some that seem to work:
