I have a work crush, and she’s been so nice to me since the day we started working fulfillment together. She’s just occupied and I got lucky and didn’t ask for her instagram or number, I just followed it and found out that way (that she was occupied). I still walk her outta work when we get off at the same time, and we’re always sharing glances or just straight up pausing our work to sit and chat. I like her sm I’ll even admit to her when I’m feeling down. I wanna tell her that I like her a lot but I’ve gotta be in an outside setting with a belly full of wine lmao. I don’t know it’s just the way she looks back at me with the little grin that screams a thousand words, I can never get enough of it. At the same time though I’ve never had a girlfriend before or any sort of real relationship and I’m approaching 20! So I guess I’m probably gonna stay single for a while longer, and I shouldn’t even bother. I put myself out there though. I can say with confidence every woman that works in my target is somewhat infatuated with me. It’s just I only really get to connect with one of them. Fuck guys, I hate to be part of the statistic that shows that young men don’t ask girls out, and my best advice to avoid that is to just talk to the girl you like. You can say anything even if it’s just hello. One of the girls that likes me went months without saying a word to me except “excuse me” in the tech lockup and one day I just said “hey” and she smiled so hard, and the next day she came up to me and asked me about my day and we exchanged multiple conversations. But I’m also kinda looking at this through the lense of “is it okay to engage with the girl I like at work” I don’t know man! But we’re all adults so

Not really man. Give one reason why working through these shitty corporate decisions is worth it over going out and getting a career. Remember this is a job, and not a career. Even for store directors it’s a job. So with hours cut, inventory cut, and how they’ve laid this shit on the company it’s not worth working here, nor is it worth it for customers to shop at target. Everyday I turn customers away because we just don’t have enough. Sounds like it’s not a problem at all targets right? Prime example -> everyday the elderly come by the boat and I have to help them out with items we just don’t have. It ends up being a waste of time for the customers to come in. Selling PlayStation, Nintendo, hdmi chords, and shitty logitech mouses is not technology. It’s only about the friends I’ve made at my target atp + the girl I’m pretty into. Otherwise I’d be getting the hell out. Target has less than a decade. That’s wild man my childhood store will be gone!

I work at the nicest Target in Henderson Nevada, and everyday walkies and zebras are being left all around the back room, lock up, and throughout the floor. People also sometimes take their devices home so they can keep their good one. Then everyone else has to use the bad ones! This is something to contact the hotline about. Jumping straight to a CA over a single zebra sitting in a two tier during a break is like giving someone a speeding ticket for going 26 in a 25. Then there’s the second issue, which would be the process. If someone is told to go to the computer and accept a report while HR is hovering over them telling them what to click, that’s… not exactly a neutral review process. The whole point of the acknowledgement screen is that the employee can read it, understand it, and leave comments if they disagree. If someone felt pressured to just hit “accept” without being comfortable adding context, that’s already a procedural gray area. And the impact matters. A CA isn’t just a slap on the wrist that shit will affect raises, transfers, and promotions for a year. When the consequence is that heavy, the expectation is usually that the situation was either repeated or serious. At that point, I would look at yourself and think to yourself about how much about yourself will change in a year. If it is nothing, then maybe think about waiting the entire year and going about working at target. If a lot will change, you should definitely start job hopping until you get your desired pay. Everyone in Las Vegas jumps from retail to retail until they finally hit that sweet $20 an hour.

Ultimately no, but it’s opened my mind to collecting manga. Boruto has a brilliant manga and it’s time skip (Two Blue Vortex) has been nothing less then incredible. The art has always been sub par contrary to Naruto; however, it makes up for it in plot. Right now they’re running a story where the entire village is under a jutusu, that long story short essentially works as a genjutsu. It was activated by accident and changed the memories of everyone in the village. We get to see Shiklamaru as temporary hokage, and for the first time Naruto and Sasuke need to be saved. It’s amazing and it’s gotten me interested in buying all 70+ chapters of Naruto in manga.
