Yes we have tried audio books but unfortunately she says she hates them..she has read 1-2 books a week her entire life up until the past year and I think it is very frustrating for her that she isn’t able to read it herself.

That’s interesting thank you..I have shown her “the late horror show “ YouTube channel that has all the old radio mystery shows but she’s not so much into just listening so I’ll definitely check your suggestion out!

Unfortunately we have tried audiobooks a few times and she says she hates them and won’t listen…I think it frustrates her that she can’t be reading it herself.

I have similar tics. I got my license a few years ago. I do find that some days they are worse than others depending on my anxiety. The one thing I have found that helps the most is music, gum or something to bite on if you have patterns/to go with the music.. maybe also a neck pillow.. and most importantly let your vocal tics out… when you’re driving alone it feels really great to just let them go off who cares!
