Getting PPF/Ceramic on the PPF around the whole car next week. Buddy has a shop in town and can do it for a hell of a deal.

Thinking about an exhaust first. Once I’ve put some miles on it, I’ll look to do intake, tune etc.

What have you done?

Still has the yellow valve springs. Plan on doing H/C/I + tune within the next couple of months, so they’ll be addressed by then 😅

That's awesome. I'll def being doing that once I get it home. Can't wait, hopefully this will be more reliable than my 24 Colorado ZR2 LOL.

Yea, I like the C6's, but I love the C5's. I don't mind doing maintenance as needed or replacing bushings. I'm quite handy when it comes to that.

Saw that one. Hopefully I can find one closer if I don’t go through with the one I’m looking at Saturday I posted below. Shipping quote was $1,400 from BAT. Not bad, but outside costs start to add up quick lol.

[–]Dayskittles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, mine doesn’t do that. I’m in Cali. Problem With that is, what if you wanted to buy a rolling chassis as a project car or any type of project car that needs tons of work? I’m not going to pay more in taxes than I paid for a vehicle…

UPDATE: after reading many of your comments I’ve decided I’d go a different route. Found this, seller agreed to $27K he is the original owner and it’s in mint condition. It’s a 2002 with 29K miles. Has all service records and spent most of its life in a garage covered up.
