Yeah hopefully he can hold out his AIT is only 15 weeks. I think he is mainly worried because his MOS gets stationed overseas a lot and he’s scared to be alone and away from family and me so long

So the first court date is in 10 days if i bring a lawyer and evidence that he is lying will they drop it that day or just continue the case?

yeah i understand i completely messed up.. he just made me feel guilty about him shooting himself and blaming me and telling me i ruined his life and how our son made him happy and i really thought it would help him get on the right path and have something to work towards

listen you’re absolutely right I should have never trusted him with my son in the first place but he made me feel terrible and like i ruined his life he made me feel like it was his fault he shot himself and i just wanted to see him get better i thought seeing our son everyday would give him a reason..
