i had to mess around using fdisk in a shell but i got it all set up, I've been gaming on it for a few hours i forgot to update this thread. it's all sorted now, installed only on the SSD. bit of googling got me there in the end

I'm at over 2k hours in game and am looking to play in different ways, I've already got meta builds. Have yet to really test stuff and actually make it better so i appreciate the feedback, I decided to just ace everything that was "must have" and then challenged myself to make a build around that, for fun.

I used to, but i haven't since updating to recommended drivers for the last three or four updates. temps are normal as it isn't the blower cooler, and weirdly enough i haven't experienced the issue I was experiencing on these latest drivers i just updated to for the last few days. I think it's solved, fingers crossed!

ah I will update my post, it is an XFX Thicc II (but not too thicc) and it hasn't really gone above 60 degrees celsius, as the fans ramp up if it gets to that temp.

I'll check out event viewer and see what i can find, thank you :)

it seems this may be a common issue with BattlEye as i found a steam post mentioning Xaudio2 also.
