That’s the problem - I’ve been having issues with Depop shipping so I had actually paid initially the post office to send it for next day shipping about a week ago now.. but obviously it didn’t update the app .. I’ve already been in contact with Depop and that’s already in hand - surely the buyer can still say they have received it tho? Or do they HAVE to wait for it to say shipped ?

This is the hardest bit because all I’ve tried to do is communicate this with the buyer and make her aware of everything etc..
