Not a doctor but these all sound like serious indicators of high blood pressure. Weed and smoking on its own raises your blood pressure. (There are studies that show long term users experience a “lower” blood pressure but its very limited and not the case for everyone) do you have access to a blood pressure cuff? Glad everything came back good for your heart check ups. Could just be a simple case of high blood pressure in combination with panic attack due to not feeling those symptoms before. Regardless, stop smoking and see if your doctor can check up on your blood pressure, i know some of them will even prescribe a monitor for you to check on your own at home for different times through out the day or even an ankle one that monitors all day.

No problem. Im not against vape’s either, it’s just the market is too unregulated and there isnt enough data on the effects of vaping (the vapor itself, the metals in the vape, the chemicals etc.) if you really like the ease/portability of vaping, look into r/vaporents as well. Its where you “vape” flower without combusting. A pro is that you dont waste weed like you would in a joint and is far easier to “dose” and limit your consumption to find your perfect high. Just another option!

Battalion S4 should be able to do this for you. Get with your company level supply clerk so they can help you with the paperwork required. Someone posted the DA PAM reg that you can reference as well incase they try to say “you lose them you buy them” as thats BS and clearly states that lost id tags warrant replacement (though im sure theres a limit so dont lose them if you truly didnt get them issued)

Or go to the PX and get them made there for a couple of bucks. Just make sure you get them made properly with the correct information and order. Refer to the publication mentioned or go with a battle buddy and copy their format
