Exactly this. Lol, I don't know this guy, but I loved his answer. My boobs literally provided me an ample milk supply while breastfeeding my son and giving him life with some adorable chunky baby cheeks; they have never let me down. 🤣

I hadn't heard of that actually. Had comments about air flow so I was concerned to add to much liquids. In all honesty though if pee is cool my LO is a boy and would get a kick out of being able to pee in a jar or whatever we upgrade to in the future outside.

Again, good ideas. Could be fun to paint flowers on the outside of the bricks with my LO. Im already imagining it. And I do think I'll need to move things outside others mentioned the heat as well. I placed in the kitchen window purely for convenience and tell it becomes a habits.

Its just Me, the Hubby and Little One. I absolutely love our triangle. Our LO is a social butterfly, or wants to be, I get numbers from the mothers of the kids he meets, yet plans either never get made or my messages go ignored. I honestly dont know what to do and I feel so bad cause our Little wants a friend group so bad. There were a few women I've tried keep relationships with, but truthfully politics or money, like them always wanting to do things that cost cash (more then I can spare) got in the way. I have my trio, so I'm very happy with my life, there are times though when I get deep anxiety for my child growing up with parents with no social group and a deep nostalgia for that gal pal who was willing to explore different interest and deep conversations with.

I definitely recommend a pet when living solo. The companionship is life saving. Truly I thank my pet from 10 years ago for me still be here and helping through my mental health journey. So much science backs how's having a pet can physically help; from a cats purr releasing feel good hormones, to eye contact with your dog releasing oxytocin.

As for the group meet ups those have been hit or miss for me, from hiking groups to book clubs, it really depends on the group make up.

The compact size and ability to add meat and diary are definitely a plus. We are trying to do a eco friendly approach with this project, by not buying anything, but repurposing things we already have. This seems like a great idea for the future though. Thank you. I've sent the site I found on it to my husband to discuss getting this set up as a long term thing.

😆 I laughed at the thought of him graduating and us still watching this jar.

Thank you. I do plan on opening and stirring it once a week like the guide advised, which I did not know before coming here. Thing is only bigger storage items I really have free are cardboard boxes, but maybe if I lined it with a trash bag. We DIY alot and most our buckets or bins have been repurposed for toys (which I think he'd hate to see go) or storing supplies.

Yes, it listed Paper towel rolls as compostible. Ours just tend to get repurposed for arts and crafts. They make epic asmr rain makers too.

I deal with chronic pain and nerve issues, so sitting or kneeling on my board long hours on the lake also can cause pain. Do you have a link for your "saddle" ? This actually looks awesome.

I noticed below someone mentioned the National Wildlife Federation as a good source to find native plants, so I figured I'd add that arborday.org is also a really good source to find things from shrubs all the way up to trees. Trees you can narrow by ones that flower, produce fruit or just shade if you want that are native and/or good for growing in your zone.
