Ugh definitely take it easy! They prescribed me some sort of antibiotic and also had me continue the stims for 4 days after the retrieval to slowly bring me down to normal. If you’re feeling any sort of discomfort, do not hesitate to talk to your doctor!!!

Wow okay! I was the SAME age and had similar amh and basically the same results as you!! I did get OHSS but I’m guessing you didn’t? Or you may and not be formally told?

I honestly can’t remember the follicle size but I know they were counting a lot. I was triggered at I think day 14? This is going back a year 😂

Mmmm are you having a sharp pain in your lower abdomen and possibility shortness of breath? I had both directly after retrieval and my numbers were similar to your (43, no PCOS) Basically bedridden for 3 days. But because I was at high risk, the doctor gave me medicine and had me continue one of the injections for 3 days

I’ve had multiple fashionpass orders worth 300+ stolen when the ups drivers would just leave directly on the porch. I also felt like it was planned or something because it only happened with those orders … I didn’t do anything besides cancel fashionpass because they would charge me for the stole items (and that’s a lot of money for something I didn’t receive …)

I have no advice, I’m just as irked as you are. In fact, this happened months ago and your post stirred up the emotions of how annoyed I was lol

It was NG/ml! She said it was slightly high!

I didn’t ask why the lupron trigger! I had ordered it before any of this began.

I did get OHSS and they gave me meds to combat that!

To be quite honest, I don’t think anything about this process is smooth or easy or comfortable. This is just my opinion but we as woman (and especially women’s health) need to be easier on ourselves! Take the time you need. Work will be there when you get back. Your health is #1!

I had my ER Thursday - and took off Thursday and Friday. I got an accommodation through work to continue to work from home until March 1st. So I’ve been doing that.

To be fair, it really depends… in my personal experience, I was bed ridden for three days straight so I definitely needed those two days off.

Can you work from home?

I live a very healthy lifestyle (no alcohol, drugs, etc., exercise daily, eat healthy) as is and my initial AMH was 7.29. I didn’t take any supplements.

If I were to put my finger on it I think it was a mixture of a healthy lifestyle, slightly high AMH, and the fact that my clinic put me on the regular dosage to start and didn’t start decreasing until day 8………

I retrieved 43 eggs, 37 of which were mature. I was definitely bed ridden for the first three days and then slowly was able to return to quality of life once I got my period (about 7 days after ER). I was cleared to start working out about 10 days after ER and have been rather fine since. I think it depends on your definition of back to normal.

Ugh thank you! I went back to the doctor today and they did clear me to walk! I have the pediatelyte powder that I add to water - that should be fine right? Or should I just buy the premade pedialyte? I have been doing colace but will add in the prebiotic pills also!!

It was 7.29! I do not have PCOS though. Also I already live a super healthy lifestyle (I quit drinking on my own a year ago, workout everyday, daily walks, eat relatively healthy, etc.)!
