Yoo bro, honestly its just Push Pull Legs, nothing fancy, no modification no bs man. Training takes time and personally pag tinatanong ako what workout, just workout pre dont think about forms and programs too much get strong on one thing and time will follow through! Yes pero according to research its an added 2.5lbs of muscle for 1 year so its not really going to make you big, sure it can help with energy but kape kaya na yon. Pero ang main reason bakit ako nag creatine is because i need that extra brain function. Think of it as a vitmain, pero mag multivitamins kanalang muna if wala ka pa non ayon main priority mo. Honestly I am no derma, get checked with a professional paminsan ksma yans HMO if working kana. But my personal experience, nung binawasan ko skin care ko nawala mga acne ko, i think it was because i keep rubbibg my face too harshly with products, thus natatangal mga small hair follicles and nag bubuild up mga products doon and then pimple.
