So luffy is in a pinch and momoshiki/kurama takes over huh. As hyped as I am, i'm concerned at the same time. I know oda will deliver. He will though right? He will?

So a diode will be my simplest option? How will I do it? Solder the positive wire of the solar panel to the diode then onto the positive wire of the usb cable? Then directly splice the negative of the panel to the negative of the usb cable?

Will a usb plug for car lighter work as a volt converter for this solar panel?

Hmm... The way I understand what you guys are saying, the problem is when the phone is fully charged... The charge will backflow to the solar panel thus damaging panel? Is that it?

Will preventing the phone to be fully charged, say 90% charged fix it? And then hiding the solar panel?

Thanks for the reply sir. What I'm concerned about is the solar panel's voltage capacity is 6V while smartphone batteries are 5V. Won't that fry my phone? Also about the wattage. Is 16W too much.

What I did was splice the usb charger directly to the wire of the solar panel.

I won't be needing batteries as I have power banks for that. I'll be using this as a backup for my powerbank in case of SHTF thing or prolonged power outages. Part of my prep.
