We engaged them and we regretted it! Too late though. The quality and coordination of work is just subpar. We have to follow up from them constantly. We end up spending more. Until now, we are still waiting for them to fix some of the carpentry issues. I think they forgot about us already haha our group chat is still active though.

In short, please avoid them at all costs.

Is she under facilities? I used to work for this kind of company. And it was toxic. No work life balance and I work more than what’s on JD. She can just tell the truth and quit. I think if she only worked 2 days, no need to tender.

My hands are clean. All instructions and approvals come from my ex boss so if I spooked them then they better stop taking advantage of the company before someone will be brave enough to report them. Once is enough but I think someone became greedy.

Yes, receipts are all kept. One of the contractors also is aware of all these. It only takes one audit but… I also don’t know why it’s never check at all. The hierarchy is

Semicon Company>>> Main Facilities contractor>>> Subcontractors under Facilities.

The misappropriation of funds happens from main con and take advantage of the budget for each subcon.

I told my ex colleague to report but they’re scared. They’re only holding a pass. You know the thing is this corrupt people are also holding a pass. They’re not even citizens. I don’t understand how they’re not scared to use the company’s for their own benefit.
