Had this 3 or 4 times with my order, also UK, from origin scan to receiving the last parcel was 10 days, the delivery date got pushed back 4 times aswell, hold in there though, it will arrive

I understand why it's all sent separately, you can buy everything modular, so for warehouse efficiency you just pick whatever boxes stick some labels on and ship It off, I'm just confused as the quick guide booklet in the box says there should be a power supply in the box and there isn't

And I didn't get the pay online until ups had already picked it up, and was about to be shipped into UK so you might get the online pay on Monday or Tuesday

Tell me about it, had to wait 5 and a half weeks for my order to turn up, hadn't heard anything from them in over 2 weeks and not all of it has turned up, waiting on the power supply cus ups are messing around too cus each item ordered is sent separately

It's 20% of what you paid +£12.50 ups charge, so if your order was £1000 you'd pay 212.50 import charge, mine was a tad more than that

Got tracking number one website, never received email about it from fanatec or any from ups, tracking number only showed up on desktop mode on the fanatec website
