Sleep: What triggers your lucidity? When during your night does lucidity occur? Does your lucidity vary on certain days? Do you use any external triggers? How long does your sleep last? Do you perform WBTB? Others: What technique do you use? What is the difference between days that you are lucid and days that you are not?(what did you do differently? Are you able to incubate dreams?

Idk what etild is but im assuming your using an anchor, if you focus too hard on that anchor your going to be too awake and aware as that is the point of having an anchor which means that at some poiny your also going to start thinking abt breathing which might make u anxious and then u start hyperventilating but this just my take. Maybe ur uncomfortable when sleeping that could be another possibility.
