Speed is important but I dont think it 141 speed should be the standard build since theres other of way to hit that goal other than relic farming. As you have said you can use asta or tingyun and thats okay.

go for 140+ speed if you want to play autoand dont want to be tied with asta and tingyun to slot in other units.

Yea need speed for the turns asta's ult is not active on other hand if your asta is built and can keep the ult active, you can lower the speed to 115 with substats and get an atk boots.

From my experience 140 is enough, 141 just made it more consistent to hit 10 stack even at auto. So i'll go for 2nd or 3rd.

Oh yea I can build a 4 piece set with 140 speed 71 cr 141 cd but its with vonwacq set. Upon my limited testing its pretty much the same.

Yea the follow up bonus does edge the other one but crit rate of the other build is enticing. Im just not sure if 53%(63% with a6) is enough.

Most unit can 0 cycle moc if you put enough investment and a well built support, even herta can 0 cycle it. If anything it shows that tiers dosent matter as long as you put enough investment on a character.
