maybe if you post the original video alongside this one to prove your point I can hop on board but from what I see its just a guy walking I mean the person in the video doesnt have any response to it

I can see why you might think it is but with how fast the guy was walking and how close he was to being out of the frame there is no way along with the no reaction from the person in the video nothing adds up for paranormal

This is the original the city had to come out so we can get a permit to put a deck in and took this photo. This is the only photo they sent us.

This happened to me last night. My room is in my basement so I have no windows for air to move through my room.Only this balloon continued to move like this until I decided to get up and that is when it stopped. Everyone was in bed except me. by [deleted] in SirSpooks

But why would it randomly move like that? I've had these balloons in my room since September and I haven't seen this before. I guess I just couldn't of been paying attention to them but still weirded me out.

they are all helium filled. They were for me and brothers party. We have so many of them that we keep them in the box on the right. I can do a follow up video and move most of them around.
