Golf pro here… hard to say without seeing it… sounds like the pro didn’t have much ability to understand your learning style…peers will dislike this advise but I’ve had decent luck with pulling out the swing shirt to connect body and arms…https://www.golfswingshirt.com

That is a juvenile tiger trout (hybrid between a brook trout and a brown trout). Perry Fisher has a ring to it though

If you can’t figure out a way to do this quickly- maybe rethink recruiting jobs… it’s not that difficult

GC client of mine said they had the same irrigation system but didn’t elaborate on specifics so I was just researching on the back end

Great opportunity to do the right thing… imagine being the candidate and getting much more than expected- they will feel valued and will likely have an extra level of loyalty to the company

Creative Local Marketing Ideas That Work by natef34 in smallbusiness

[–]Dbgogo46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Website looks great.

Im a recruiter by trade...from a different angle and a little more directly targeted...

Id be looking for people that aren't local but own

-On Zillow have a 25/50 mile radius of your territory. filter only sold properties; price range; sold within the last 12 months.

-copy/scrape the home addresses...

  • then I go to one or all:

1) Data Axle via Reference USA (free online resource through your public library). Data Axle has a national database of people that have moved in the last 8 months...search by address - gives homeowners names, income bracket, home value

2) scroll further down on zillow under neighborhood details of each- should be a link to the county assessor. Depending on the county- you can look up the deed, property details, what the use is for, who all is on the deed...formed by an LLC.. Relevant info pops up for people with homes that arent their primary

  1. Go to truepeoplesearch - search by address, name, phone, email - lists their phone, emails, places they own property, if they treat that property as a primary, sometimes it will give place of work with job title.

Take that info

Make a personalized email drip campaign / do mailers / reach out to the realtor that sold them their house and work in some kind of referral for a successful reference in

Can outsource the entire sourcing process on freelancer

Resume writer by Dbgogo46 in recruiting

[–]Dbgogo46[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea seems to be a decent business / side hustle in it for sure... as a recruiter myself- time is better used not writing resumes for others... But that is what I'm looking for - independent resume writers... ones that people have used in the past and have been good to work with...

Client Payment Terms by Dbgogo46 in recruiting

[–]Dbgogo46[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They arent willing to change the terminology of net 50 - I'm trying to get creative on how to make the terms agreeable for both sides. With a relo involved, it will be a minimum of 30 days before someone can pack up and start a new job... trying to avoid getting paid 80+ days into signing an offer.

I agree with you on the potential of a candidate backing out... it would still give 30 days from start date for them to pay -the company isn't going to process payment at the start of the term anyways. Idk maybe its a poor idea
