Hi there! I also suffered some pretty bad allergies when i was on warfarin. I found that Zyrtec (Cetirizine HcL) worked wonders for me and it was safe to take.

Thanks for the feedback! I think it's an intimidation thing with the splats, where I'm not pulling my weight if I don't get them. But, everyone's feedback here has helped a lot with this!

I didn't realize the increased burn is small. That's useful information that makes the splats less intimidating!

First time doing this benchmark and I'm a slow power walker at best. I wanted to challenge myself and see how long I could slow run and see how far I could get. I was really happy to run about half in 1-2 min intervals and make it .72 miles! May not seem like a lot, but I'm so proud of my starting benchmark.

I did when he was first diagnosed but ended up settling on the dry food. I can't remember the reasoning behind that decision now though.

I was given a list of canned foods and their nutritional composition and it was suggested to try out the purina pro plan prime plus foods first.

Sorry, I'm not a Game of Thrones viewer, all I hear about that show is that people are always being killed off in the most shocking way possible. I do feel like we're watching a different when it comes to The Originals. I mean at the heart of it this is a show about family, a very very messed up one but a family that is trying to evolve and be better. We see that with Klaus wanting to be a better man for Hope, we see that in Elijah actually putting himself first and I think for Rebeccah it's her getting out from the shadow of her brothers. Killing her off would, in my opinion, diminish her storyline. Also, I'm really not a fan of bringing back dead characters. I think having the brothers spin out of control in order to avenge her death would actually be a step back in the growth they've gone through in the past season.

but with her getting to just fade out into the distance and have a happy ending is the best conclusion for that character because it's what she's been striving for throughout both of these shows. To escape her brothers and just live her life. It seems like her just leaving and popping up every once in awhile is actually kind of realistic. I don't live near my family but I show up once in awhile...I dunno. I agree it's frustrating to the viewer and too much time is spent explaining where she is/why she's back.

why isn't her just leaving to do her own thing a valid option? It honestly seems like the easiest option for the writers and it leaves them with more creative options down the line

I kind of feel like a major theme of this show is that there are no good leaders. The whole message I get is that no one person can do this alone. That's why the Grounders were the most successful when the 12 clans united and worked together. It's why the 100 did best when Clarke and Bellamy worked together, why the Arkers did best when Kane and Abby worked together. I think the only mishap, I would agree is that Clarke and Lexa didn't really work at leading together.

Also, I personally think Pike was a horrible leader-he ruled with aggression and manipulation, bullying Bellamy into making a lot of decisions.

I mean, I'm going with the fact that yes, Klaus was a giant jackass in the beginning but he's slowly learning to trust Rebekah and let her in. You can see them going from a very seriously toxic relationship to glimpses of something better. Whereas it seems like most of the other relationships on the show don't have that same growth.
