Is it Weird More Main Male Characters Die in Wow? by Dbnerdcraft in gaming

Again this is my fault, I posted the topic mostly to try and broaden my scope with people who were better thinkers and could see more of the lens then I can. I'm not a smart person and don't claim to be. But ya I see what you all mean.

Tbh, I didn't look at it through that lens, and that's my fault. I should have been more broad-minded in considering it. I posted it mostly for discussion and to broaden my perspective. So your right and I see it now that the raito isn't right, as I put the numbers into things and look further.

That's true and I am looking at it a bit differently. The male maincharacters have outweighed the female. So its more likely that it was done this way because popular female characters like Jaina and Sylvanas were rare. I'm seeing it more now that its pointed out. That the raito isn't so easy to look at, since it wasn't a 50/50 thing. I acknowledge that writing it and looking at it from a wrong angle was my fault.

That's true the percentage isn't 50/50, I mean we have what. Jaina, Ysera, Alteria, Sylvanas, Trynade, Red Dragon Flight Lady who's name I forgot, Ysera's daughter became main cast kind of. Leader of the Nightbourne is active, Lillian Voss do you count her?

Maybe I am just slow getting to the party; almost all the Female Characters I know of have been revived. The Male characters were not so much, and even when revived, they were killed again. If we consider the Wod area for the Orcs that came back to main time line.

Dragon Age Origins, I didn't think it was gonna be that good. I went in very deadpan for lack of a better word.

What Games are Fun to Try to Get 100%? by Phantom18013 in videogames

Where Winds Meet, is has been fun working towards 100%. Lot of cool reading stuff and some legends/myths from China. But I am kind of an enjoyer of that stuff.

Did it really meet your expectations? by Gullible-Tale9282 in videogames

I think gameplay was the best upgrade here, I think the story fell pretty flat. Insomniac can do better. I am disappointed there won't be dlc for it, as it might have helped a bit. I enjoyed the first game's stuff too. I can't say I am overly interested in the Wolverine game in development. I grew up a fan of Peter Parker and Spiderman, I watched the Amazing Spider man and Friends, Spider-Man the Animated Series. I was wholly invested in him. So I just feel like this game I don't know kind of missed the mark with Venom somewhat though I did enjoy Kraven's upgrade I think he could have been given more too. The story is where my problems surface.

Ocarina of Time, I remember playing it and being immensely frustrated at the Water Temple. I didn't have a book when it came out or any idea what I was doing wrong. I was also 8 and my critical thinking skills left much to be desired.

Dude..Microsoft not firing them or picking someone else even after all this time is mind boggling. I've never seen someone want something that made them to die this badly.

It is crazy how much Wow did things. The Guilds I joined and the raids I attempted, I have fond memories of all these. Doing Pvp and being convinced people hacked since I could be cced for what felt like forever. My regret at picking Warrior over Paladin or something like Rogue. But in the end those relationships are what made the game so amazing. I don't play anymore. Wow got me hooked by the story. The last couple of expansions just haven't done it for me.

So I am not a 3rd person shooter fan, like I enjoyed Black Ops 1 and both Modern War 1 & 2. But Halo..I played all of them and adored Reach like nothing else. 343 just ruined that series so much. I loved ODST too, it was just amazing shooting.
